Bollywood and Film-Television Industry in India is undergoing a phase where innovative experimentations, scripts which represent and appeal Gen-X and acknowledges the lifestyle or challenges of youth, meaningful inspirational biopics or documentaries are catching the preference of audience. Stereotyped scripts are generally at high risk of getting precluded by the audience. This has created a scope to unleashed talent in Bollywood and several Script Writers, Singer, Director, Editors in recent years delivered really high on value and concept content to the industry.
Rahul Tiwari, another striving name as Director and Editor for past two decades has delivered really powerful content which was also recognized and appreciated, yet there are miles to go for the success for this talented professional. Started as his first footstep towards film industry in 1998 acting as villain in television serial on Colors, Bhayga Vidhata where he presented strong performance as a negative character. Rahul also worked as an editor for the trailer and films/short film(s) including Sarkaar; Banaras (2006); Miyan Kal Aana (Mister Come Tomorrow, 2015), short Film Produced by Nawazuddin Siddiqui;, Yeh Kaisa Tigdam (2018), produced by Ismail Darbar; Short Film Utpatang.
Rahul Tiwari also directed several short film/documentaries including Human Trafficking(2018); 13 Tribute of Love(2018).
13 Tribute of Love has been in the news for the controversy created at Miami Film Festival where the movie was rejected even before screening and Rahul has strongly condemned the prejudice.
