Samrasta International Congress: Rajeev Gandhi Samrasta Awards 2019

Indo-Nepal Samrasta Congress announced “Rajeev Gandhi Samrasta Awards 2019″ to various Personalities, Social Workers and Entities from India and Nepal on on 20th August 2019 at V.K. Krishna Menon Bhawan, 9, New Delhi. India and Nepal are not just the Neighboring Countries, but also the hold a Friendship Treaty. Renowned Saint, Namdeo Das Tyagi, from Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) popularly known in India “Computer Baba” was present at the event as the Chief Guest.

The Government of India and the Government of Nepal identified the ancient ties which have happily existed between the two countries. Further to strengthen the relationship between the two, they mutually entered into a Treaty of Peace and Friendship in 1950. The Aim of Indo-Nepal Samrasta Congress is to strengthen the mutual relations between the two countries, socially, culturally and economically.
