Chandrababu Naidu detained at Tirupati airport

Naidu and TDP state president Kinjarapu Atchannaidu detained while on his way to attend election campaigning. The protest was planned on Monday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Mahatma Gandhi statue in Chittoor.

The police did not allow him to leave the airport as they had denied the permission for the TDP chief to stage protests at both Tirupati and Chittoor.
